Promote your LinkedIn Profile

Online social networking works best when your various profiles are easily accessible. One way to flesh out your online profiles is to add a link to your LinkedIn profile. The LinkedIn site provides a (hidden) page with a few auto-generated buttons like this:

How do you generate these buttons?

First, log in to your LinkedIn account. Next, visit the following URL:

http://www.linkedin.com/profile?promoteProfile=

You'll see nine or ten different buttons, ranging in size from 160x33 pixels to 80x16 pixels. Copy the code in the textarea to the right, and paste it into your blog. Voila!
