Drupal's Twitter module is a neat addition to any blog. It allows you to integrate Twitter with Drupal in two different ways:

1. It will import your latest tweets into your user profile, or into a block
2. It will automatically post to your Twitter account when you author new content

Online social networking works best when your various profiles are easily accessible. One way to flesh out your online profiles is to add a link to your LinkedIn profile. The LinkedIn site provides a (hidden) page with a few auto-generated buttons like this:

I attend Carnegie Mellon Silicon Valley, an extension of the main CMU campus located in a restored naval building on Moffett Field. Our campus currently hosts about 100 students and only a dozen or so professors, and this small size allows us to adopt new social media applications faster than a larger campus with a more complex organization.
